Great workout tonight with the boys. 20 min Occom tempo at 5:18 avg. pace followed by 3 x 1000 at ~3:00 (90s rest) and 3 x 400 at ~65 (90s rest). Felt very strong the whole time, led a few reps and felt great. Excited to keep the ball rolling - today was another workout that was "never that hard and never that easy" which will serve me well going forward.
