10 x 3:00 on, 90s jog at 10k effort at Pennypack. No GPS watch, but I ran 8.75 miles (5:08 avg.) for the fartlek (in Next%).
The workout went really well, I felt better and better as the fartlek progressed and kept the effort consistent. I know I'm ready for a big breakthrough once track season starts, so until then just gonna stay hungry and keep putting in the work.
