Solid tune-up workout today at Sachem. It was really hot though, deja vu to our workout before the invite. Format was 1:00, 1K (ran 2:56), 6 x 1:00 on, 1:00 off (only did 5 because my stomach started to cramp a little and didn't want to push). Legs felt great for first two reps, I can feel the track work from last week paying off. Super excited for Friday.
