Good workout today around Occum, especially considering I woke up with a pretty bad cold and slept poorly last night. Goal was 5 x Occum (~1 mile) with 60s rest at 5:05-5:00 pace. We went 5:02, 4:56, 4:54, 4:54, 4:57 - was with Sander and Marco until the last rep where they dropped me by a few seconds. Felt good, starting to like these cruise intervals at 10k pace - they will make me stronger. Pushed the pace during rep #3, maybe a little too much, but it's good to commit to the middle.
