Very good 5 x Mile workout at Mondauk... goal pace/rest was 5:05/90s rest. I felt very strong the whole time and averaged 5:04 pace for the reps... felt smoother and stronger as the workout progressed and am feeling very confident about where I am in terms of training - heading back to Hanover happy, hungry, and healthy. I know that if I can keep the ball rolling for the next few weeks/months and just stack weeks on weeks I will be able to surprise a lot of people (including myself)...
