2500m time trial in 6:57, 5 mins jog, 4 x 600m w/ 2 min rest in 1:38, 1:39, 1:37, 1:35. Felt good during the time trial and closed hard — very fun to race again and got some good work in afterwards. The time trial felt pretty similar to when I ran my 3k PR sophomore winter: had a big kick but a lot more in the tank... so I'm excited to keep the ball rolling.
