4 x (1600m @ T, 60s rest, 1200m @ 5k) w/ 3 min rest between reps, with Ben and Eric. Splits were 5:01/3:24, 5:00/3:24, 5:03/3:24, 5:00/3:19. Felt really good during the workout (and especially during the last rep), despite some stomach issues... another great session
