Good fitness test with Brendan — 11 miles in 60 mins on the Bellevue Horse Track (10 laps of 1.1 mile. I felt strong the whole way, very windy but got into a good rhythm... probably owe Balthis a gluten free beer though. I hung tough during the middle and had a good run at the front at the latter half of the effort, good to build my confidence running from the front again.
