5 x Occom, splits were 5:02, 5:03, 4:52, 4:54, 4:52. After feeling groggy before workout and during the warm up, I felt great during the workout, relaxed and controlled at threshold - felt like I could keep going and going... excited to race this weekend and keep training smart/hard. Felt great to have a big group working out today - Men of Dartmouth in March...
