Good long run with Quinn and Brendan, ran out and back Sound of Silence (too icy to do the top loop), followed by Hopson Road, Double Occom, and half a Michigan loop for 100 mins. Felt good the whole time, do not think the heart rate data above is accurate... nice to get a last good long run in for the winter.
