Good workout today at UNF. Format was 3x800/1600, with 2:00 and 3:30 rest. Wind was crazy (21 mph) which made everything slower... splits were 2:20, 4:48, 2:18, 4:42, 2:16, 4:44. Led the first half of the last rep but fell off on the third 400. Overall a pretty good workout, the effort was there and we worked well together as a group even though the times were not that fast.
