Good hill session at the 4 mile mark hill at Valley Green. 2 x (5 x 40s hill w/ 80s jog) with 4 mins jog between sets. Workout was a bit of a grind with some humidity and heavy legs but felt strong the whole way. On the last rep, I could feel a little bit of the hard effort creep into my stomach but it just floated through my mind. It was a memorable and mindful moment, makes me confident that I am improving as an athlete in my brain and my body.
