Skinripper

Notes

Skinripper workout (around 800m flat, 300m hill, 300m flat) in Pine Park, went really well and ran with POB the whole time. Felt very strong, led most reps and pushed the hill. It was very fun running with Pat again, really good energy the whole time and great to finish together. Splits were 4:38, 4:39, 4:40, 4:41, 4:42, 4:37 with around 2:45 jog rest. Overall feeling very confident and strong, excited to keep the ball rolling.
