1600m, 8 x 400m, 1600m @ 5k/3k/test with 6 mins active rest and 90s jog between the 400s. Splits were 4:28.1, 65.4, 65.0, 65.4, 65.7, 65.4, 64.1, 64.8, 65.1, 4:22.9. Felt really strong and got into a good rhythm... maybe this workout should be called "The Dartmouth." Great way to cap off the winter training block.
