Good run tonight, lots and lots of loops of a little port on the port of Rijeka overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Ran 6 miles easy and then did 4x 1 min on, 1 min off, 2 x 30s on, 90s off, and 2 x 15s on, 45 off, and then 1.5 miles easy. Felt strong and smooth on the "varsity strides," kept a good rhythm going.
