Notes
2 x (5 mins on, 90s jog, 10 mins on, 90s jog) at Threshold effort. Did this continuous in Lane 5 at a local track (first half reverse, second half normal). Wanted to do this at Pennypack but had to adjust.

35:40 total time (5:05 avg.)
This workout was harder than expected. I knew it would get tough early like most threshold workouts but the second set was a grind. Still a solid solo workout for the 3rd harder effort in 5 days.
