Notes

Great track workout tonight with Ben, Quinn, and POB. Format was 800, 1200, 1600 x 2 with 2:30, 3:00, and 3:30 rest. Splits were 2:20, 3:33, 4:41, 2:17, 3:24, 4:29 (2:19/2:10 with the last 400 in 63). I felt strong the whole time, relaxed and controlled - we rolled in the 5k rhythm. Stomach felt a little iffy from the get go so happy to get a great session in. We are ready to run fast.
