Notes

Rail Trail tune up workout - 4mile tempo in 21:10 (5:17 pace) and then 4x1min on, 1 min off. After 5:04 first mile of tempo my legs felt bad the rest of the workout, just really heavy and tight glutes... got my “bad Saturday” out of system. Felt great aerobically, legs just felt really heavy. Gonna take next couple days easy/off. Only goal now is to be fresh for Saturday.
