Great workout on the golf course today with the dawgs... 6x1000m w/ 2 min rest + 2 x 800m w/ 2 min rest on the golf course. Splits were 2:59/2:57/2:55/2:53/2:52/2:51 + 2:12/2:14. This was a very good effort and was excited to see how strong our pack looked and how strong I felt. Another big confidence booster!
