3.5 mile WU, 6 x 1600 off 90, 2, 2:30, 2:30, 3 min rest, 3 mile CD.
Goal was 4:44 to 4:28. Splits were 4:40, 4:40, 4:36, 4:33, 4:29, 4:40.
Knew this workout was going to be tough coming off the Friday race but wanted to challenge myself. Hung with Matt, Scoots, and Andrew until the last rep but I didn’t have a 4:20 in my legs. Gonna need to have that gear to make it to the next level but I know I can get there.
