Good tune up workout on the track today with a solid group (Quinn, Marco, Ben, and Sam). Format was 4x1000m (2 min rest), 4 min set rest, and then 6x400m (2 min rest). Splits were 2:55, 2:54, 2:54, 2:54 and 64, 64, 64, 64, 64, 64. Felt great - in control and in rhythm the entire time. toughest part of the workout was the warmup... excited to race.
