Good workout today on the outdoor track with Marco. Format was 2x4x800 (2 min rest between reps, 4 min rest between sets, even reps over hurdles). Splits were 2:19, 2:25, 2:17, 2:23, 2:15, 2:25, 2:16, 2:22. Felt great aerobically, hurdling was a little sloppy but I think its difficult going over the hurdles on the curves. Felt strong throughout though, excited to race a steeple next Friday...
