6 x (800m @ 5k, 45s rest, 400m @ mile) w/ 2:30 rest between sets at Sachem Circle (.4 mile road loop with two tight turns). Splits were 2:16/30.1, 2:16/30.8, 2:15/31.2, 2:15/31.5, 2:17/30.0, 2:15/30.2. Felt really strong the whole way, couldn't decide which workout to do so I combined them... feeling the power.
