Very good workout this afternoon with Marco and Sam during the home meet. Format was a 4 lap Occom tempo (~4 miles), ran 20:40 (felt pretty good, pushed the middle and faded a little the last lap). Then we jogged to Lev and ran 4x200, 2x80 in 30, 29, 28, 28 -- felt great on those. Overall happy with the workout, good to get the legs turning over and a good last big session before UVA.
