Great tune-up workout with Quinn and Ben today... format was 2 x 1000 followed by 800, 2 x 600, 2 x 400 (with 90s rest between the 1000s, 4 min rest, and then 2:30 rest between everything else)... splits were 3:00, 3:01, 2:16, 1:38, 1:38, 64, 60... ready to roll 🤘
