Vo2 Max workout at the Polo Fields, 800/1000/1200/1200/1000/800/1000 with equal rest.
Splits were 2:17 (2:30), 2:56 (3:00), 3:31 (3:30), 3:27 (3:30), 2:54 (3:00), 2:18 (4:00), 2:40
Workout went well, got into a good rhythm on the grass and the pace never felt difficult. Last rep was pretty fun, made a big move 400 in but got caught on the second loop. Good prep for next weekend.
