6x800@5k with 400 jog between (2:47, 2:47, 2:45, 2:47, 2:44, 2:44) and 4x200@mile with 200 jog between (37, 36, 35, 35). The track is a terrible cinder track. The stones slide so much more than any other cinder track or trail I’ve ran on. I think there’s too much stone down to get good traction.
