6 x (.75 (I) w/4min rest) - Good workout - Right - on Target pace. (wanted to do 6:00 but just checked the vdot for a sub 3 and it should be 5:58 - oh well) Ran with a nice consistent effort on first 5 but last one was a little tough. Slight twinge in left knee still. Wore vibrams and thinking about racing in them. Probably won't, but may look for some racing flats.
