Evening run:
Thunderstorms in the morning but I was able to go for a run right after work. It was raining but no lightning. The rain was cool and a welcome change from the recent heat. Felt great on the run and probably went too fast. Wore the Nike's for the first time in a long time. They wore some blisters partly because my feet got soaked from splashing through the puddles.
