1E - 6x(.75I w/3:30 Rest) - 2E
Planned to do 7 of these but gave up after 6. I pace target is now 5:52, this is a tough workout. I think next time I try it should be with more rest maybe. The 3rd one was slow because I stopped a little early with some GI issues, The 4th was also slow. 5th ended up OK and the last one was slow.
