Nice cool morning, very little wind. All of this felt real comfortable. I was slowing a bit on the last mile and when I looked at the pace I was @ 6:40 pace w/ .5 mile left. FInished hard and lowered the last mile time to 6:20 so last .5 miles must have been right @ 6:00.
Need to avoid doing anything stupid for the next 10 days.
