2E - 4T - 4E - Pretty good workout. Just ran by feel, never looked at the watch. The 2nd T mile was a little slow but I don't remember letting up much during it. That's the portion of the route that has 2 "Uphills" so maybe that's the reason. Got out early enough to be able to get a decent cooldown in also.
