Notes

Disappointing workout. Plan was 6 x .75(I) w/ 3 min rest. Just didn't have it today. Time kept slipping and decided to just do 4 of them and jog on in. Legs real heavy even after the 2 days off. Just looked back over my log an noticed I haven't done anything over 10 in a month. (except for the marathon.) Will try to put in a long easy run tomorrow and see how I feel.
