Notes

Plan was 10x (.25Mi@(R) w/.25Mi jogs) but only did 8.

Goal for workout was to get some R pace running in and just see how it feels.

Started out OK. Target for 400 is 81 seconds so they were pretty close. Felt OK -maybe pace at beginning was a second or 2 fast. Got tired at the end and didn't want to push it too much since I have the 5 mile race in 2 days and already did one speed workout this week.

Not really a "fun" workout. Felt kind of beat up at the finish.
