Windy, seemed like all of the intervals were into a headwind. Couldn't get going on first 5, Last 2 were @ (I) pace
First time using the workout feature on the Garmin and it worked great. Preset it for .75 mile intervals and 4 minute rests, 7 times. Nice feature, should have figured this thing out earlier.
