3 x 1 mile w/.5 mile jogs, total 1.5/warmup, 2.5 cooldown - Planned pace was 6:09 but for only 2 intervals. Did 3 because I felt OK and wanted to make up for the slow 2nd one.

No problems with the Vibrams at fast pace. Didn't affect stride at all, even on fast downhill
