Notes
Another hot day. Was the first one out on the trail so the first lap had to clear out all the cobwebs. On the second lap took the bailout point at 1 mile then straight back to the parking area. Could have gone a little more but didnt' want to be late. Ate some shot blocks before hand and drank a little more this time. May have bonked a little yesterday.
