Notes
Plan was progressive 20 miler, starting at 8:00mm and finishing around 7:00. Got started a little late and was a bit concerned about getting back in time to get to my son's soccer game
Run was going really well and made the turnround at 10 miles and started picking p the pace again to about 7:20. Some kid (16-20?) saw me gaining on him and took off. I picked it up a bit also and chased him for about 2 miles until he turned off. Pretty fun, he kept sneaking peeks behind to check on me and I never let up. After that I still had about 7 miles left and was a little worried about bonking so I finished up with some comfortable 7:20-7:30 mmiles.
Really foggy at start then cleared up a little.
