Second tempo mile was really slow, stopped for a 1-2 sec. max to let a truck pass by but nothing else happened. Maybe Garmin glitch or just a really slow mile. Happy with the other 3 miles and kind of suprised was able to pick up the last one. Even with the goofy 2nd mile the 4 mile pace of 6:52 is about 5-7 seconds faster than last two, 3 mile tempo runs. Good to see some improvement.
