10 minutes w/up, 4 x (8 hard, 8 easy) 10 minute cool down.

Read about this in Trail runner and decided to give it a go this morning. Never looked at the pace during these but hoped they were at T or a little faster. They ended up right there and suprisingly consistent on pace. Really happy with this effort and will start throwing this in once in while. Haven't really done any workouts faster than T pace in a long time.
