Croom Vortex with A2, Andrei and Eileen. Did 2 laps together, then did an out and back on the orange trail, then started one more lap together. When we got to the hilly section they slowed down and said this was their last lap. So I picked it up a little and ran the rest of it myself and added one more fairly quick vortex loop. Pretty tough section of trail. There were about 6 guys out maintaining the trail and it was in really nice shape. Nice cool overcast morning. The Crosslite's worked great. No slipping at all on the steep uphill sections and were comfy for the 24 miles.
