Former high school XC middle / back-of-the-pack runner (never even took top 7 on a team of 20 or so) who has picked up and dropped running several times over the past 20 years. This time it's for good.

To HTFU, lose weight, and get healthier. I want to be around for my family for a LONG time. And someday to qualify for Boston.
|Why I started running:
I started running cross country in high school to prove I wasn't a nerd (or wasn't just a nerd) and liked the physical improvement I saw.
