Notes: I decided to go back to my HIT workout that Brad Wadlow designed for me 5 years ago. I had been using off and on up to last year when I switched to the lean/bulk workout last June.
Decline Bench Press-3-2 rep tempo 2 sets of 12 reps
Flat Barbell Bench Press-4-2 rep tempo 3 sets of 6 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press-2-2 rep tempo 1 sets of 20 reps
Barbell Overhead Press-4-2 rep tempo 3 sets of 6 reps
Dumbbell Side Raises-3-2 rep tempo 2 sets of 12 reps
Bent Over Dumbbell Side Raises-2-2 rep tempo 1 sets of 20 reps
Pull-ups - 4 sets to failure
Dips - 3 sets to failure
