Ran 8.3 on Gans Creek side with Jeff, Joe, and Brad. First couple miles didn't feel great, but the rest felt good. We ran an easy pace today. Jeff asked if I wanted to run more. He only wanted to run 20 - 30 min more so I figured why not. We ran about 3 more miles on Devil's Ice Box side partly on a new trail that just opened up. We slowed the pace down just a little. He wanted to put in 2 hours today so we were close.
