This run was a real confidence booster! Weight up 3 lbs, felt sluggish, tired and achy! Air was humid and hard to breathe. Also, did not sleep well last night. I guess these are all good signs my body is ready to run a marathon. This short run was a good reminder it will be near 100% humidity tomorrow. I was feeling sticky at a little over a mile. Hopefully, a few degrees cooler will help early in the marathon.
