Hugh had a meeting so I decided to run in Columbia after work. I started on Grindstone, went up Campusview and all the way into Bluff Creek, turned around and back to start. The trails were in much better shape than the last time. Quads were a little sore from the leg workout and definitely made me keep the pace reasonable. Could really feel them on the hills. Hopefully, they aren't worse tomorrow. I guess I will just get used to the pain and expect a slower pace for a day or 2 whenever I do a leg workout.
I found a Nintendo DS, Super Mario Brothers Game on this run in the road. I think it might work with Mary Helen's hand-held Nintendo system.
