Legs felt sluggish today and took awhile to get warmed-up. I ran with Phil and we were a bit behind, Tony T., Mike, and Aaron. Could see them but was not getting closer. They took a wrong turn so when they turned around, we were running together and we stayed with them. On the big hill, I was feeling strong and pulled ahead a bit and then stayed with Mike and Tony to the end. That last mile was fast, and ran the last bit of it as part of a cool down. I guess feeling sluggish and tired is a good sign as I am finishing up this last week of training before tapering.
