Notes
This run was quite humid. I'm calling it a hill run since it wasn't quite marathon pace although maybe a hilly marathon pace? This was a good pace and not too hard which is good since I am planning 20 - 22 tomorrow. Ran with Dan, Phil, and Tony T. I kept a few steps behind since I did not want to push the pace today.
