Notes
This was the longest I have run in 3 weeks. Stayed with most of the group for the first 5 miles. I felt like I needed to push myself a little on the way back. Carrie Francke hill was tough. I could feel my quads and hamstrings and breathing was difficult. Hill up Stadium was easier and after than Dan H. caught up to me and I ran with him the rest of the way. Feeling so tired after a 10 mile run was kind of strange. My mind thinks I should be able to do one thing, but my body is saying it isn't ready.
