Notes
Run with Hugh, Dan, Rusty, Bruno, Copper, and Tanner after we got back into town and picked up Rusty and Bruno from MyZoo. Hugh ran ahead with Bruno and ran 4 miles. Dan and me weren't moving quite as fast so ran 2 miles. It was hard getting started but a good recovery run and the dogs enjoyed it. The effort was easy and don't think we could have or would have wanted to push it any harder the day after a marathon.
